Customer Care Centre - Our interactive Customer Care Centre is conveniently located on 30 Victoria Street, directly across from “The Shopping Centre” and next to “The Swan Building”. We are open Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm and will provide you with all the essentials to surf the web, shop online, share videos, and connect to your social networks.
Customer Service team - Our experienced Customer Care team will help activate your account, troubleshoot your modem/router, answer account queries, and make sure that you have the right bundle. Our Call Centre can be reached by dialing 292-HELP and is available Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 8:00pm and Saturday 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
Wifi Hotspot - Connect to the Internet using our Wifi Hotspot at our Customer Care Centre location.
