Global Connectivity - An international Bermuda based company with ten offices worldwide including New York, London and throughout Asia needed secure high performance connectivity and they recently chose Logic. The solution, designed by our engineers in collaboration with the company's technical team and business decision makers, connects the ten locations seamlessly, securely and Logic manages the network including all the routers guaranteeing availability. Because the company's revenue depends on the offices connectivity they selected our High Availability data product lines and we then further customized it to meet their needs exactly.

Email, Messaging, Collaboration - A large Bermudian organization with over 5,000 employees and over 5GB of daily email chose Logic to modernize their message system. Employees were complaining about slow email, increasing spam, and all-too-often virus outbreaks. Logic's engineers and system architects worked closely with the organization to understand their needs for today, but also to help anticipate their needs over the next five years.

IP Telephony - A Bermuda based business with offices in multiple locations needed telephony features such as one main phone number for the business, plus the ability for executives to travel and conduct business with worldwide.

Logic's IP Telephony solution uses all Cisco equipment and enables current employees to move locations easily and take their desk phones with them. Logic's unique solution makes setting up new employees a five minute self service task. Executes have additional "softphones" which enable them to make calls from a laptop worldwide, as if sitting at their desk in Bermuda.

Custom Insurance Solutions - A local reinsurance firm was spending too much time creating risk reports each month. It took days and distracted key people from their daily activities. Logic stepped in and customized one of our Insurance Solutions, and now essentially real time, they have access to the risk information that previously took days to produce. The data is displayed graphically and the user can drill down to get specifics. Additionally there are Executive displays that provide high level views.

Document & Knowledge Management - A local company with large amounts of documentation hit a glass ceiling when trying to increase efficiency. Many of their 17 departments were recreating the same documents from scratch because it was impossible to find existing information. Sharing and collaborating was a struggle too.

Logic implemented a document management system using Microsoft Office SharePoint that fosters collaboration between the departments; they can easily find information now - one copy of each document exists - and there's no need for everyone to recreate the information. The document management system was tailored to the business needs - people only have access to the information that's appropriate and automated workflow ensures proper processes and procedures are followed for every document in the company.
